Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a loss of your 50% deposit. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
All microblading services require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the owing balance at time of your appointment. All microblading services require a mandatory 4-6 week touch up appointment that will be scheduled before leaving from your initial appointment. A 48 hr cancellation policy is strictly adhered to for all microblading services.
Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone or email. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

To accommodate your reservation, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. All services over $100 require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable without 48 hr. cancellation notice. Full charges will be applied for missed appointments.
Please notify us at time of booking of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients.
We ask all of our guests to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to their service. Arriving past your appointment time may result in either a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment with a fee. Should the service be shortened, the guest is still responsible for payment of the entire service.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any unopened products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. A spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services.
